Happy New Year Sales 2014!

Hello all my lovely readers! I know it's been a while since I last blogged given the holiday season, but I'm back to doing what I enjoy doing most...blogging about all things fashion! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas with loved ones and friends, and here's wishing you all a very happy new year 2014! 

Post Christmas celebrations, we all love a bit of self pampering and spending, as the high street sales welcome us to shop, shop and more shop on Boxing Day and beyond! Now, for some of us, high-street shopping sales reveal utter chaos and havoc in that we choose to avoid retail stores at any cost! But that's where online shopping plays a pivotal role! 

This year, I chose to hunt for the best of the best bargains online too! While I have made a couple of purchases here and there, a close look at two particular retail stores across the last week has revealed that these two stores are in fact the most popular stores to shop from with sale bargains continuously up for grabs! With prices slashed to almost half  and further reductions applied a week onwards, Topshop and River Island are the two hot stores to shop from right now! 

RIVER ISLAND - FURTHER REDUCTIONS...

There's a number of great garments for sale online, and here I've picked out five of the top items that would be perfect for Spring 2014. The price of each item of clothing gives you the option to purchase more than one item at a time, without breaking the bank! Go grab them before its too late! 

1. RED CONTRAST PANEL HIGH WAISTED LEGGINGS

WAS: £22.00, NOW: £10.00

The great thing about a pair of burgundy leggings is that they are perfect to wear throughout the year! And, since it is not a seasonal garment, it can compliment a simple blouse to a fur gilet extremely well! 

2. BEIGE CONTRAST TRIM CIGARETTE PANTS 
WAS: £30.00, NOW: £12.00
These slimline beige pants would look great with a clean cut blazer and a pair of court shoes. And priced at a bargain of £12.00, you can't go wrong! Available in a range of lengths and sizes - they are perfect for the spring season!

3. RED TEXTURED BELTED SKATER SKIRT
WAS: 10.00, NOW: £7.00
This dainty red skirt would look great with a pair of ankle boots and a black crop top. I think the splash of colour works to complete your overall look and is a bargain you can't simply avoid!

4. NAVY STRIPE SCOOP NECK BODY 
WAS: £16.00, NOW: £7.00
I've always been a fan of sailor striped garments, and this is just another I will be adding to my collection. Paired with denim jeans or a skater skirt, the navy stripe body hugs around your curves effortlessly!

5. BRIGHT PINK WRAP FRONT BELTED JUMPSUIT
WAS: £40.00, NOW: £12.00
This lush bright pink jumpsuit is the perfect sale item to purchase to get you in the mood for the light and breezy spring weather! It's an absolute bargain priced at £12.00 and does make a rather ravishing statement!


TOPSHOP - FURTHER REDUCTIONS...

Topshop is one of my most 'shopped at' high stores when it comes to finding fashion that is equally youthful as it is sensual. They have a huge range of sale items available, and reflecting my youthful/sensual sense of style I've picked out five items of clothing that are must haves for any woman's wardrobe!

1. PREMIUM RHINESTONE AND CHAIN NECKLACE

WAS: £60.00, NOW: £30.00

This beautiful and delicate chain necklace would look great with a plain black polo top! It will work to create a rather dramatised statement and reveal sheer opulence on a glam night out!

2. SNAKE VELVET BURNOUT CAMI

WAS: £28.00, NOW: £15.00

This velvet cami would make the perfect match with a black pencil skirt or black cigarette trousers. I love the design and think it would look fabulous for both the daytime and evening - a real bargain at £15.00!

3. DRAPE TOP BY LOVE IN PEACH

Paving way for the spring, this sheer drape top would make the perfect spring statement when paired with a pair of denims. I love the sensual stye of this top and it can always be glamoured up a little with sophisticated jewellery!

Whether this flippy dress is paired with ankle boots or a pair of dainty courts, its the perfect dress to see you through any time of the year. I love the high neck styling of the dress and think its worth the price of a mere £18.00. Love it!

5. LONG SLEEVE BLACK ZIP SHIRT

WAS: £65.00, NOW: £20.00

This long sleeve shirt has been reduced magnificently that you can't help but purchase it. Available in both black and white, these shirts make the perfect casual-smart statement for a day-to-day basis. Make sure you purchase yours before its too late!

Miss Selfridge is another hotspot for sales bargains online and in store, but many items have not been 'further' reduced in similar ways to River Island and Topshop. If you haven't already successfully completed your sales shopping then do check out any of these stores as there are many garments reduced to an all new low price!
